How to Book Your American Accent Coaching Session

Ready to elevate your communication? Follow this streamlined process to secure your spot with The American Accent Coach. To maintain a premium experience for all clients, I operate on a strict pre-payment and scheduling protocol.

Step 1: Purchase Your Coaching Service

Before accessing the calendar, you must first purchase your individual session or coaching package.

  • Complete your secure checkout.

Step 2: Schedule Your Session

Once your purchase is complete, you can check my schedule and book the session.

Note: Any session scheduled without a corresponding confirmed payment will be automatically canceled by the system to make room for active clients.

  • Use the integrated calendar to select a date and time that works for you.

  • Important: I am based in the Pacific Time Zone (Los Angeles, CA). Please ensure your calendar is set to your local time to avoid scheduling errors.

Step 3: Confirmation & Preparation

After scheduling, you will receive an automated confirmation email with your session details and meeting link.

Professional Terms & Policies

To provide the highest level of service and availability to my global clientele, I strictly adhere to the following professional standards:

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Your time is valuable, and so is mine. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, you must do so more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

  • Cancellations or "no-shows" made within the 24-hour window will be marked as completed.

  • The session fee will be forfeited, and no makeup session will be provided.

No-Refund Policy

Because I limit the number of clients I take on to ensure premium, individualized attention, all sales are final. There are no refunds for purchased sessions or packages. By purchasing a service, you are committing to your professional growth and acknowledging that this time is reserved exclusively for you.
